05/25/07 - Beanywood Movie
Update - Filming Starts in 2-3 weeks
by Kevin Anderton
The Beanywood movie is making its way into production. I've contacted
everyone
who has messaged me. There is so much talent on this site.
We¹re still
looking for a DP, an art designer, a location scout/manager,
an editor, and
more adult actors. If you are interested in taking part in
the short, please
contact me and I will look over your profile to see where
you might fit.
The concept I've chosen is called "Fog Off." It's
an under-3-minute
phony product advertisement for a nuisance
repellant spray for parties,
events, and the workplace.
It should be a fun concept to shoot, edit and
market.
I'll market the piece is through my SONY Grouper
deal. It has a 90-day
exclusive window. When that window
has ended, everyone who took part
will be able to download
an Internet file to post it on the web
(YouTube, MySpace, etc). My short, Mask
of the Ninja, received almost
4 million views.
That's 23,000 times per day!
I'm asking all participants to volunteer their time.
The actual shoot will take
about six hours.
Any revenue
that exceeds the production costs, will be set
aside for
the next Beanywood movie.
I'll be serving as one of the writers and the main
producer. Jamie Benti
from Image Icon Entertainment will
be Directing. Members who take
part in this short will
get primary consideration for the next. Basically,
you
move up based on participation.
If you would like to be included in the Beanywood
movie, join the group
AND send me a private message.
We're hoping to shoot by the end of
May/early June.

is more than willing to talk. He is awaken by police the
next day
to find the laundromat deserted, save for the
bloodstained clothes in the dryer,
and a confession of
murder.
