CAST BIOGRAPHIES
 

Dennis - played by Terrence P. Haddad
Terrence has been acting steadily in the New England area for over the last two years.  In those two years, he has appeared in over twenty student/independent film productions.  Recently, he has become more involved in theater originating the role of Peter Donovan in 11:11 Theatre's premiere of "Set In Sand."  He begins rehearsal's for Theater 4's production of "The Blue Room" opening at the Boston Center for the Performing Arts at the end of May.


 


Sara - played by Darya Zabinski
Darya's recent work includes a speaking role in Mario Van Peebles' Hard Luck, several appearances in Showtime's Brotherhood, CBS's The Waterfront, and Disney's Underdog. Along with Last Call, Darya has worked with Image Icon Entertainment on a number of projects such as Autoxcite, an Emerald Square Limousine commercial, and has recently been named the director of IIE Web TV, a show in which Darya interviews celebrities such as John Fiore and Susie Castillo. Darya is originally from Moscow, Russia and is currently a Theater and Film Studies at RIC. daryazabinski.com


 

Bartender - played by Jon Pierce
A former standup comedian, acting less than a year landing the roll of a hot dog vendor(no bun intended) in the new Disney movie Underdog, as well as  other choice parts in movies..

Henry - played by Mick Hoegen
Mick is an active Screen Actors Guild (SAG) member, participating as a sitting member of the Boston SAG Council. He also co-chairs the AFTRA/SAG Independent Filmmakers Committee whose goal is to encourage local independent filmmakers to work with professional actors to help us build a significant filmmaking community in the New England region.

Jack - played by Joey Vacchio
After years of theater at Salem state College and playing Joey in Joey & Maria's comedy wedding. Joey moved to LA to pursue a film career where he landed a role as Freddie in Boston Public . Then returning to Boston acting locally in short films and with independent production company as films come to the New England area. Recently, Joey played Rocco in  STIFFS and just finished his first project with Image Icon. "Thank you guys for a great experience. CREW BIOGRAPHIES
 

Mark Leonard - Key Grip, Gaffer, 2nd Assistant Director
A Rhode Island native who has always had a passion for
the film and video production industry.  He graduated from Rhode Island College receiving Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a double major in Film Studies and Telecommunications.  Mark's professional career began as an intern for award winning A&M Productions, Inc., based in Providence.  During his time at A&M, Mark has risen through the ranks from production assistant to grip and finally to assistant avid editor and camera operator. 
In addition, Mark has become a respected freelance grip and utility for many national networks including the Travel Channel, the Food Network, Wall Street Journal Television, American Idol, and MTV.  Besides network television production, he also volunteers as a lighting consultant for several independent films in Rhode Island.  Mark continues to work for A&M Productions, and was recently the first camera unit utility for NBC covering the 2006 Winter Olympic Games in Torino, Italy.

 

J R.A. Schaefer - Sound Recordist, Gaffer
J has done Film and Theatre for many years up and down the East Coast as a technician and as an actor.  Favorite theatre roles include  :”Mercutio” in Romeo and Juliet ,  “John” in Jesus Christ Superstar , “Newman Noggs” in Nicholas Nickelby and "Jay" in the Off-Broadway show Running with Scissors .   TV credits include Dawson's Creek , Matlock , and American Gothic .  Film credits include:  Why the Moth Loves the Flame ,  Blood Moon , Passionada and To Gillian on her 37th Birthday .  In addition to acting, J also Produces, Directs, and works as a DP/Operator, Gaffer, Grip, Dolly Grip, Sound Recordist, Craft Service... Pretty much anything that is needed.  J would like to thank family and friends for their support.

 

Glenna Goodman - Assistant Cameraperson
Born In Providence, RI - Has worked on several short films including WHY THE MOTH LOVES, THE FLAME   and THE PAPER ROUTE . As well as some Features such as THE LEDGED OF LUCY KEYES . She has been a Production Assistant, and a Script Supervisor, as well as helping out in other areas of film. Glenna has also written poetry and scripts. She makes her home in Providence RI.

 

Dave Agarwal - Grip, Script Supervisor
A graduate of Boston University and The Connecticut School of Broadcasting. Looking forward to a career in T.V. production, So he can pollute the minds of the generations to come.

 
Patrick McGowan - Production Assistant
Student at Fitchburg State College majoring in film and video production. Recently worked on local Boston film "The Dead Wind." Interested in writing, cinematography, and sound. I also enjoy working as a PA, fetching sandwiches, and making copies.
 

Jenna Sullivan - Producer, Production Manager, 1st Assistant Director
Jenna Sullivan is an accomplished director, actress and screenwriter.  She obtained her Master's in Screen Drama Directing at Goldsmiths College in London, and a few years before that, she obtained her BFA in Theatre at New York University's prestigious Tisch School of the Arts.  During her professional career both in the United States and Europe, she has fielded work in almost every area of production and has worked on a broad range of formats, such as:  short films, commercials, industrials, tv shows and independent feature films.


 

Jim Smith - Director of Photography
Assistant Producer at Channel 12 News/Fox Providence; Director of Photography & Video Editor for a number of local and national Cable TV programs; Director of Photography for many local TV commercials. James is also President of Peak Video Productions based out in Rhode Island.

 
Kevin Boyle writer of: "Last Call"
Kevin is also author of Braving The Waves (Rising Star Press) - the true story of those who raced to save others on 9/11 and did so again two months later when an airline crashed in their own neighborhood.  This highly acclaimed book was praised by the likes of Tim Russert, EJ Dionne, Brian Williams and David Brooks.  Also, Boyle was editor and columnist for New York's oldest weekly newspaper.  He has written numerous articles that have appeared in the Washington Post, New York Post, and New York Newsday. He has had two short film scripts optioned and is at work on a feature. Before turning to writing, Boyle owned and operated The Brooklyn Dodger Sports Bar - where he drank for free and got material for a lifetime.


Jamie Benti - Producer/Director/Greg
Founder of Image Icon Entertainment, Jamie exemplifies what tireless dedication can accomplish. He has appeared with notable theatre companies as “Trinity Arts,” feature films with celebrities like Kate Bosworth, produced several commercial shorts for autoXcite.com and has appeared in TV specials such as the Discovery Channel's, "Media Literacy Project." Jamie currently resides in MA but often works out of the RI area. IIE has plans for three more shorts this year, and producing their first feature in 2007.
